EWP Training Courses at JLG Industries (Australia) Qld Head Office at Eagle Farm in Brisbane, QLD
All Operators have to be trained and deemed competent in the specific type of EWP under consideration.
This is a requirement under the AS2550.10 -Australian Standards, OEM (Manufacturers Spec's) and the PCBU (Employer) has a duty of care to provide training, instruction and supervision to ensure the workers safety as outlined under current WHS/OHS Legislation.
All courses can be delivered at your workplace as long as all of the necessary resources and specific EWP type is available.

Our Courses
- Training , Assessments, VOC ( Verification of Competency ) and Familiarisation training can be conducted on all EWP types and Telescopic Handlers ( Multi-Purpose Carriers ):
• Self-Propelled Boomlifts ( Articulated/Straight )
• Trailer Mounted Booms
• Truck/Vehicle Mounted Booms
• Scissorlifts ( Slab and All Terrain )
• Vertical Mast Lifts( Push Around and Self Propelled ) - Telescopic Handlers ( Multi Purpose Carriers )
These services include the EWPA Operator License Training Program (the EWPA Yellow Card) available upon request is the RIIHAN301E Statement of Attainment.
The Telescopic Handler Gold Card is also available and the RIIHAN309F Statement of Attainment.

EWPA - EWP Digital Operator License (Yellow Card) Course
EWP Modules available at Eagle Farm are as follows:
- VL-Vertical Mast Lifts (for any height, size and type)
- SL-Scissorlifts (for any height, size and type)
- BL-Self Propelled Boomlifts < 11mtrs
Cost: 1 x EWP Module- $290.00 per person ( gst exempt) an additional fee of $30.00 per EWP Module is applicable if required.
The RIIHAN301E Statement of Attainment is also available upon on request for an additional fee.
The holding of this Statement of Attainment is a requirement for those wishing to work in the Coal mining, Metalliferous mining, Drilling and Extractive Industries.
Training can be conducted at your workplace or at our training facility.

Note* This is not the Govt's (WP Class) High Risk Work License Course for Boom Type EWP's > 11mtrs.

Start Time: 6:30 am (Please arrive at around 6:15 am for site induction)
Finish Time: This will depend on the number of EWP Modules that is required plus the experience of each trainee. (Maximum of 4 x Trainee's).
Location: JLG Industries - 223 Fison Avenue West - Eagle Farm - Brisbane Qld.
Trainee requirements for the day:
One (1) form of ID (i.e.: Driver's License, 18+ Card, High Risk Work License) Hard Hat, Hi-Vis Vest/Shirt, Safety Footwear, Eye Protection.
Refreshments will be provided.
No Parking is available on site but there is plenty of on the street parking. A median strip is located straight across from 223 Fison Ave West which can be used as well.
